Purpose driven people are happier, more motivated and generally better at what they do.
TMH was started as a marketing training company by Philip De Wulf to share his knowledge on global branding and marketing while working at the Heineken corporate office. Over the years it evolved in a business management & brand consultancy practice (that a.o. guides big brands & develops own ventures - Psilogy, Xprimi & IF photography). Nowadays it coaches and guides people in finding their purpose and developing their personal brand accordingly. Because we believe that purpose driven people are needed to build purpose driven businesses and purpose driven brands.

Drs. Philip de Wulf is a licensed psychologist from the University of Ghent , Belgium with a track record of 20+ years in consulting blue chip companies such as Vodafone,, Friesland Campina, Sara Lee, Heineken, P&G, Coca Cola, and many more on global marketing strategy. Guest lectured at University of Ghent (B), Maastricht, Groningen (NL) and Illinois (US) , founder of The Mission House and co-founder/leading fellow of Psilogy and xprimi.

our purpose

Our purpose is simple. We want to do good, do well and do better.
We do this by helping people to grow. Grow healthier, grow financially, make career shift choices, finding their purpose, start considering themselves as worthwhile “branding” and sometimes starting and developing their own business. We do this from a holistic point of view. We are not only what we do in our jobs but what we do in all aspects of our life. We are not only determined by our success or failures but also by how we deal with them. How we experience life and how we see ourselves. Our mental and our physical selves.

Finding purpose @ the Bottom of the Pyramid and in Antwerp.
In 2006 Philip decided to trade the wealthy community of Highland Park , IL to live for 2 months at Petangalan – a shanty town in Jakarta in order to understand what drives people that have to make a living for themselves and their families on 2 dollars a day. Truly a life changing experience. Ever since he is convinced that winning businesses, brand propositions and successful people should have a triple P orientation (People, Planet, Profit). He attributes 30 % of his resources (time and or money) to triple P programs. In 2009 Philip discovered the beneficial effect of athletic yoga practice and dropping coffee, alcohol and carbohydrates from his diet. Not in India but in an upscale fitness center in Antwerp. Not as spectacular as living in a shanty town, it turned out to be body transforming and almost as life changing. Both experiences inspired him to develop the TMH programs.

Discovering Desire : a series of blogs/newsletters/book and lectures on what drives people to do what they do. You will be inspired to re:think your own aim’s and start getting an idea about your purpose in life.

Re:start : a weekend program to start acting in a more purposeful way. You will develop your personal brand statement, explore athletic yoga and create a YBS © photo ( your best self photography by IF).

Re:treat : a week program to kick of a whole new lifestyle and look @ life. The re:start ingredients served up during a weeklong retreat in an inspiring city. Including Re:view

Re:view – a photography workshop that gives you a whole new look@ life. Spotting unexpected aspects of life, sometimes inconvenient, mostly funny, that will trigger you to reconsider some of your own beliefs and routines.
